Terms of supply

1. What you're buying

A modified calibration file generated from the original ECU read you upload. The file is supplied as a digital download and is licensed for use on the single vehicle whose read it was built from.

2. Your responsibilities

You confirm the read you upload is a complete, unmodified original from the vehicle's ECU, taken with a suitable tool. You are responsible for flashing the file correctly, keeping a copy of your original read, and ensuring the vehicle is used in compliance with the laws that apply to you. Emissions-related modifications (DPF, EGR, AdBlue, catalyst) are supplied for off-road, competition or export use only.

3. Checksums and compatibility

Checksums are corrected automatically. Files are matched to your read by software identification; if we cannot match your file you will not be charged. If a purchased file fails to flash or causes a fault, contact us with your original read and the error and we will investigate and, where appropriate, re-supply or refund.

4. Refunds

Because the product is a digital file built for your specific ECU, refunds are at our discretion once the file has been downloaded, except where the file is faulty or not as described.

5. Warranty and liability

Modifying a vehicle's calibration may affect its manufacturer warranty, insurance, emissions compliance and roadworthiness. To the extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for consequential loss arising from the use of a supplied file.

6. Privacy

We store your email address and uploaded read so we can build and deliver your file and provide support. We do not sell or share your data.
